Elevate your yoga practice by honing in on precision and alignment. Develop greater body intelligence by mastering particular skills in engaging the legs and hips, thereby fostering a deeper connection with the spine. You will explore this approach across a spectrum of poses, from standing and forward extensions to backbends, inversions and twists. Upon finishing the course, you will notice improvements in strength, flexibility and a mindful presence that extends beyond your yoga mat. This course consists of: 1) 4x Learning Classes (with demonstrations & detailed explanations), each class about 2 hours long; 2) 3x Practice Classes (with verbal adjustments and minimal explanations), each class about 75 minutes long; 3) a five-minutes short Q&A session. Suitability: regular practitioners with 1-2 years of experience. Language of Instruction: English
