Service Description
These classes are appropriate for seasoned students wanting to focus on the fundamentals and is recommended to practice 2-3 times per week. More in depth instructions on standing and seated poses, actions such as forward extensions, twisting, beginner back extensions and inverted postures will be included in this level. Students will systematically begin learning inversions such as Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand). Salamba Sirsasana (headstand), restorative and pranayama are also introduced. With practice, students will build stamina and endurance that will be much needed in order to progress from Level 2 to advanced level.

Please be punctual. Once the class has started, you will be refused entry into the classroom and your pass will not be refunded. Please start your zoom session 10-15 minutes before class starts. Turn on your camera and keep your microphone muted.
