Service Description
Restorative yoga is a slower, more restful and more passive approach to yoga that's meant to melt away muscle tension, create space in the body and alleviate stress. Students will pay close attention to their breathing while maintaining a pose, thereby cultivating a connection between mind, breath and body. Restorative yoga often incorporates helpful props, such as yoga blocks, bolsters, blankets, chairs that support the body in various poses.

Please be punctual. Once the class has started, you will be refused entry into the classroom and your pass will not be refunded. Please start your zoom session 10-15 minutes before class starts. Turn on your camera and keep your microphone muted.
